Using Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) this comprehensive stool sample assessment will identify 25 common and harmful pathogens. Requires 72 hours for full analysis.
Considered the gold standard to look for this bacteria which lives in your stomach. If left untreated it can lead to inflammation of the stomach and cancer. You will need to be free from any PPI (Proton Pump Inhibitor) medication for 2 weeks prior to the test.
This highly accurate test can detect blood in your stool which is not visible and is highly specific for bowel cancer. A negative result can be very reassuring that there is no bowel cancer.
An accurate protein marker allowing us to determine whether there is any inflammation within the gut. Used to differentiate inflammatory from none inflammatory bowel disease.
This test will be conducted at the bedside using a urine dipstick. It allows us to see any blood which is not visible to the naked eye. Markers suggestive of infection, starvation, jaundice and excess glucose in the body.
We provide two tests. One basic (£48) which will highlight the infection. For those who get occasional infections only. If more resistant infections are suspected, using the accuracy of Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) (£90), if any infection is inside the bladder this test will find it. Once found the result will also detail which anti-microbial treatment should be used to treat the infection.

Sadly not. If you are at increased risk of exposure to HIV or have possibly been exposed to HIV within the last 72 hours please visit a local sexual health clinic. Beyond this we will offer a full sexual health screen.

This depends upon which tests have been requested. The vast majority will come back within 5 days.
No. You can simply request any stool, urine or swab test to be taken. You will be provided with an electronic document which details all the test results and a generic interpretation. If you are wanting advice on which tests to undertake or wanting a debrief after the testing, a 15 or 30 minute consultation works well for this.
No. This is a selection of the common tests requested and used day to day. There are many other tests not listed. Please contact us if you are looking for something more specific. In consultation and after your permission, we may also add on additional tests not listed.
These results may be inaccurate if taken to soon after a sexual encounter. Generally, they are most accurate around 6-12 weeks after the sexual encounter but some tests may detect early infection. Repeat testing may be needed and depends upon the type of sexual encounter and the interval between sexual encounter and testing.
