Please reach out to us at contact@gp2health.co.uk if you cannot find the answer to your question.
Whilst we endeavour to contact you within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee this. We would suggest if you feel it is an emergency, call 999. If you feel there is time and we have not contacted you within 3 hours, you should contact your own GP or call 111 out of hours. You may also wish to ask a friend or relative to stay with you for your safety. They could take you to the emergency department, if required.
Yes, very much so. Having access will greatly support us in consultation to make more informed decisions and plans. You can upload all this information to Semble when you register with the practice. Your GP records should be available online as practices are contractually obliged to provide you with this information.
Download the NHS App on Android or Apple store and follow the instructions. Alternatively, under GDPR rules, you can submit a Subject Access Request (SAR) for any records held by the GP, about you. We will aim to work collaboratively with your NHS GP.
You can visit us in person or contact us by phone, message or email.
If you would like to access any of GP2Health services you will need to register with our practice. This is done using the secure Electronic Health Record (EHR) named Semble. We will email you or help you to complete a registration form in person. In this registration form, we will collect some of your personal information including demographics, habits, medicines and comorbidities. Please see our policies and regulationssection to understand how we use your data.
If a home visit is recommended after a virtual consultation the cost of the home visit will be decided on an individual basis and will factor in the distance from the practice, health care needs, investigations required and length of examination needed.
Yes. Ultrasound services at home is unique to GP2Health. Blood samples are taken at home but there may be limitations as our couriers do not work after normal working hours. We will discuss this with you at the time of home visit.
These investigations are not included in any home visiting fee.
We allocate 60 minutes for all of our home visits.
We understand that this may not be long enough for complex issues in housebound patients. Rest assured we will not leave until there is a safe and clear plan in place.
The cost of the home visit will factor in whether a patient is housebound or not. A Housebound person is unable to leave their place of residence due to a significant physical or mental illness. Housebound status can be temporary or permanent. Generally if a relative or friend can assist a person to a hospital appointment, dentist, supermarket, hairdressers, social event etc. they are NOT housebound. If you are unsure please ask.
We will cover an hour in all directions from our base in Morpeth NE61 1BG. We will check your location before we book any appointments. If you would like us to travel further than this, it can be done, but there will be an additional charges.
