My first impression of how excellent my experience was going to be, started with my initial enquiry to Dr. Lee Pursglove's secretary Nicola. She was so friendly, helpful and efficient I knew it boded well! She arranged a consultation and ultrasound scan with Dr. Lee and this was superb. Dr. Lee listens intently, explains everything in great detail, and puts you at ease instantly. He also showed me every tiny detail on the ultrasound, which I found very helpful. We discussed my options, then a few days later I returned to the clinic for my treatment. This in itself was one of the most fascinating things I've witnessed, as it involved taking blood, spinning it twice in a centrifuge and collecting all the plasma to inject (along with hyaluronic acid) into my damaged joints. Everything was super sterile, and during every stage Dr. Lee patiently explained what he was doing. I understood exactly what was happening and the expected outcome. Dr. Lee is a wonderful Doctor and human being! I felt so calm, reassured, and relaxed. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and his expertise is exceptional. I submitted a request for consultation on Friday am. Dr Pursglove phoned me on Friday evening where we discussed my knee problem. Subsequently I booked an appointment to have a consultation and injection on the following Tuesday. Lee carried out an ultrasound examination of my knee discovering a couple of minor issues that had not been apparent on my X-ray. I had already researched my problem and knew what injection I wanted. We discussed other injections but proceeded with a PRP / Hyaluronic injection. Lee sterilised the area before the injection process.
